Just heads up about AP4 rates at GCH for November

November 12-14 and November 19 -21 are sold out (no availability) for the AP4 rates at GC. Sorry if you already knew that but we just called and all my dreams were puffed away from me. I guess I won't be staying at the GCH my next trip

We were also trying but did get the DLH for $149 Nov17-20 Isn't 21 not on the AP4 rate? (not sure)

Keep trying. Someone may cancel an existing ressie or an opening may miraculously show up on ths system. I am trying for Dec 12-16 right now. Only PP right now, but perseverence usually pays off. I hope...

Thanks, I think we will keep trying. We tried to book with DLH tonight and all the hotels have no more AP4 rooms available, but I agree with you, people cancel all the time so I'll try again maybe on Tuesday lol.

Availability changes by the minute at the 3 hotels. As I have mentioned before, after calling for the AP4 rate at GC late in July I was told that they had no rooms at that rate. I called the next day and asked about availability for each day and found that 1 of 7 days was avail at the AP4 rate. I booked it and continued to call almost daily for about 10 days. Eventually each of the days of our trip was avail at AP4 and I saved half on our trip! It is a real inconvenience, but well worth it for me.

Btw...Our trip is 11/10 to 11/17 and the 12th was the hardest day to get!
