Just gotta brag about reaching my scrap goal!

I did it! Today I achieved my goal for this year:

365 SCRAPBOOK PAGES COMPLETED!!!


When I set this goal in January, I knew it was going to be tough, but I had made a deal with DH that I would scrap more if he completed my scrap room. He did and I kept my end of the bargain too.

Doing a big old happy dance!!!

Impressive total!!! Go you!! I guess I need to set myself a more concrete, reachable goal, rather than just random goals. A certain number of pages would definitely be concrete!

I had a good year also, number-wise, but mostly because I made three gift albums this summer! And gift albums make for great page counts, but not too great for completing my kids life albums...........P

I had the same goal and reach mine too. I thought it would be pretty easy if I set my mind to it and kept my totals going here. Some months were easier than others. Especially since I didn't scrap at all the months of March and April. I am going to do the same for 2008.

I'm in the same situation as pjilla - I have a high page count but not as much to show for it because I made several gift albums. I want to get a lot more done in my own albums this year.

Keeping track of the pages really helped to motivate me. Sometimes I get in those "scrap funks" where I just can't get into scrapping, but since I had the goal, it really helped. I'm so glad I can motivate you guys too!

I didn't do 1 page a day. I would sometimes scrap an entire album in 1 day and then not scrap again for a week or two. Making 4 gift albums this year really helped to bump up my total number of pages too!
