I got the e-mail too. I clicked the link for the website (disney.com) and the rates are the same as the other codes, $25 off value,$50 off moderate, $100 off deluxe. I'm still looking for a better rate for an OKW 1 bedroom. Rack $385 before tax, got DVC Member Rate of $289. This code would be $285, not worth it to change. Still hoping for better AP rate!

I got the email and a post card yesterday. If you've stayed in the past couple of years, odds are you'll get a postcard. My family has been down twice a year for the past two years, I don't know if that factored into it.

There was an ad in the Washington Post travel section this past Sunday with similar deals--AAA Travel listed it, so perhaps their web site has info?
