Just got some very sad news from a friend . . .

My friend and I work in the nursery of a health club. My friend called me and said she was reading the paper this morning and learned that one of the moms of one of our kids passed away yesterday from cancer.

We hadn't seen her since last summer when she came in a few times. She was so healthy and vibrant. She was one of the most friendly and upbeat of all the ladies that came in. She always spent time talking with us.

It is just so sad, she was only 32 and leaves behind a husband who adored her and a 4 year old daughter, Amber. Her name is Amy and she was a sweet, sweet lady.

People come and go all the time at the club, but I never dreamed she had been suffering all this time. I am so sad for her family.

Cinlee, sorry to read of such sad news . I learned long ago that LIFE is eminently unfair; there's no "divine" plan at work to explain such sadness ..........

I'll pray for Amy and her family. That is sad. I bet she didn't want sympathy and just wanted to enjoy life the best she could-the reason why you didn't know. 32 is too young to die (I'm 32).

That is so sad. When I hear things like that I think my MS isn't such a bad thing, not that i am happy I have it just puts my life in a whole new perspective.
