just got off phone with disney. holiday discounts coming out in a couple of days

Hi everyone. First time poster here but I have been searching and reading on here forever. I have been following all the rumors about free dining in October. I just got off the phone with Disney to modify reservations and the cast member told me a new "holiday discount offer" would be appearing in the next couple of days. She did not know or was not allowed to tell me the offer but she said to check back every morning for the next few days. She also said the offer would likely post to the website around the time the reservation center would open, not the night before. Hope this helps a little

Unfortunately that's all the cast member would tell me. I know its not much but at least it brings us a little more hope. I would assume it is the long awaited free dining extension for october but I do not have an answer for that

Hope so about the upcoming "discount" I have found when talking to the CM they tell you what you want to say. They don't know anything earlier than we do or rather when Disney releases the discount.

You may ask how I know? I have several friends who work in Disney Travel and they don't know ahead of times. I ask why when I call & ask when the AP or military % will come out they always tell me they don't know until Disney tells them.

Please note I am not doubting what you were told but given how Disney works ex the Disney Visa discount was suppose to come out on Monday & it didn't.

I got my December discount thank for the military discount being extended. But also had a bounceback that I book this past Dec. But the military % was much better

That's a true statement. They are there to get the sale and answer questions if they can. I had to change my reservations and didn't mention free dining. I just asked if I had a pin attached to my account and this is when she offered up the info. She did say that they had not released details but that it was coming in the next few days. I will believe it when I see it. I have been checking every morning online any way so it will not affect my original plan

If you have a Correct Craft in your family then we are very jealous! We love watersports but sold our last boat right after our move in 2005.

I have a 97 ski nautique. We like it old school. Slalom skiing and barefooting all the way. That stinks you sold your boat. In a perfect world I would live in winterhaven fl. Its the water ski/barefoot capital. The correct craft plant is in orlando and I could get my disney fix as much as I wanted
