Just got my Ticketmania order...

...and I'm so happy! Everything went so well. My order came fast and it had all kinds of cool free info in it. I had to call to exchange some dinner show tickets (because I changed my mind - not because they were wrong) and they were so nice and accomadating. I will definately buy all my tickets through them.
I was really nervous buying tickets online/mail order but I decided to order through Ticketmania because of the Dis and Mousesavers and I'm so glad I did!
I just wanted to let you know what a great experience I had!!

Just got my Ticketmania order today too! I was also nervous about buying tickets online, but everything went smoothly and tickets arrived within the timeframe they said it would. Also came with extra info and xerox copies of the tickets!

Saved $$ and transaction went great. Highly recommend.

I ordered from Ticketmania too for the first time about a month or so ago. We used the tickets a couple of weeks ago and everything was just fine. I too was VERY nervous about spending well over $1000 from an online company that I did not know. I didn't breathe a sigh of relief till we used those tickets at the turnstile. Again everything was fine!

I just got mine yesterday too! Must have been a busy time for the post office! we got 10 day, non expry, with plusses, no hopping tickets. They are paper - do we use them as is or do we have to do something with them? Kind of weird to look at those three little scraps of paper knowing what we paid for them, huh?! I ordered mine on 4/15 from the link on the newsletter and saved an additional $15 or so, not a lot but I do appreciate it as I can imagine Ticketmania probably doesn't make a whole lot off of them. This board has been a tremendous source of help. Hope you all have a magical trip!

I used them for the 1st time this year in March. Perfect transaction...purchased 10 day non-exp ph (2), Cirque (2), DQ (2). Received fast with lots of information on Florida. Also, they included photocopies of the back of each ticket!

I would say it took a good 10 days to get the tickets. Re: them being paper, yes, you use them exactly as is. You don't turn them in for anything else.

I ordered them too, and had no problems. However, I had them shipped to my Mom's house. The day that mine were shipped out though, my Mom ordered hers on-line (unbeknownst to us that it was the same day). She waited two weeks and didn't get them (and had deleted her confirmation e-mail!!) She called up ticketmania. Apparently, they kind of mixed it up and thought my tickets were her tickets. (But both oth of our cc's were charged.) But the rep. managed to find her order number, shipped them out that same day, and she received her tickets yesterday. So in the end, they were very helpful about the mixup. (She did get a little nervous when they asked "So you didn't get your tickets?"...)

Last year I bought our park hoppers thru Ticketmania and had excellent service. This year we bought a MyWay package, that included the resort, meals and tickets thru AAA. However, DH decided he wanted to go to PI one night, and our tickets didn't include that, so I ordered PI tickets thru Ticketmania. Again, great service, no problems.
