just to let everyone know----expect crowds.
we went there knowing there will be alot of people and there were.
we heard people saying they did not know it would be this crowded. it is the summer and a time for vacations.
our biggest lines were magic kingdom. and this was also the hottest day!! humidity was bad all week.
animal kingdom had long lines for the safari, rapids and dinosaur.
we arrived and got safari fast pass. then we went to bugs life waited 20minutes, then over to dinosaur 45 wait, then time for another fast pass--headed to rapids and got fast pass and went to safari.
fast passes have seemed to be gone by 11:45 for almost all big attractions.
epcot had 2hr wait times so get fast pass early.
we got ours and then later in the day someone gave us their fast passes.
the pass was good for7:40-8:40 they got the pass at 11:38am.!!!
mission space was unbelievable!!
my 10 yr old thought it was the best--me on the other hand got a bit woosy.
i thought it was awesome as did dh. my ds wanted to on again at night but i just could not do it.
the ride was sooooo real-from on the launch pad to flying through space. they tell you to keep looking straight ahead and dont close your eyes=so i really concentrated on that.
we stayed at bwv--unbelievable place to stay.
the location was the best. being so close to epcot and mgm was great. the one problem was buses.
with us staying at bwv this meant we were the last stop.
so on the way home we would stop at swan,then dolphin, then yacht, then beach then bw.
couple to many stops for me!!!

Use your EMH perk for staying onsite?Did it work well for you if you did?Or did you avoid the EMH park for that day?Sounds like you had a great time.Now start planning your next trip to shake those Disney blues.

we did not go the parks early.
we were getting there about 9:30.
we figured let the kids rest . we saw too many kids crying that they were hot and tired by 1.
we took our time and tried our fast pass luck. we would rest for a while have a drink and move on.

For your reply and may I add bless you for thinking of the small ones.I think your plan is a great one to follow for all with small children.That extra rest makes for a much better experience for them and the parents.We are older with and have no small ones with us when we visit.We go early and when crowd begins to build we go back to OKW for a rest then go back to a park in the evening.We need the rest to.
