We just returned yesterday from an eight-night stay at POFQ. We loved our resort. Last year we stayed at WL so I was a little worried that FQ wouldn't compare. We were pleasantly surprised. I liked it just as much as WL. In fact, I don't think I would choose WL over FQ again with there being such a big price difference.
The crowd levels were not bad at all. It did get busier towards the end of our trip, the last Friday and Saturday, but it still wasn't too bad. We used EasyWDW for crowd levels and it worked out great.
We had FP+ but really didn't need to use it much as the Standby lines were not too long. We never waited more than 15 minutes for any ride.
We loved the Magic Bands.
Buses were great. The boat from FQ to DTD was quite a wait on Friday night, but there were some large dance groups at PORS, so that's what was slowing it down.
We did MVMCP on a Tuesday night. We enjoyed it, but probably wouldn't do it again for the price.
The only thing we didn't really enjoy too much was dinner at CRT. We had a rude waitress that really took away from the magic. The experience was good, food not so much, and, like I said, waitress was in a sour mood and rude.
The only other small complaint was we were not able to use Magical Express for our trip home. We did use the bus, but they were unable to transport our luggage and didn't inform us of this until 7:30 the night before. ME picked us up at 4:50 a.m. And luggage transport didn't open until 5. We asked if we could just do a slightly later pickup as our plane left at 7:50, and we're informed if we had called before 5:00 pm the day before checkout we could have done that, but we were not aware of this until 7:30. Well, now I know for next time!
There were a few rude people in the parks, but I guess that's to be expected any place where there are big crowds.
