Just got back tonight

Sadlly we had to come back home after a wonderful 5 night stay at OKW .
It was our first time staying their. First night was in a studio the next four were in a 1 bedroom . Even though the 1 br was not renovated yet it was still very nice ,and no bed buggs i might add . But let me tell everyone who has not been in a while DISNEY has really raised it prices on everything , for example turkey leggs are now 8.00 dollars up from 5 and zip up wind breaker jackets that were 25.00 dollars last year are now 50.00. It seems almost funny that disney does not have a clue of what it is doing to itself . But enough about the cost of things , me and the family had a great time on the rides and at the shows especally the flights of wonder that little white bird was the best .

That sucks. A big ole turkey leg and an Orange Julius Grand Marnier were always 2 staples of our trips! I don't know that they are $8.00 good!

We are taking my DD, DS and DDIL in June and we may be eating more in the villa this year than in years past. I expect to pay more at Disney but there are an awful lot of restaurants that charge premium prices for food that isn't reflective of the pricing. We generally try to do our one big meal of the day at lunch which can be a little less expensive. Fortunately we have been enough times we don't feel the need to drop much money on souvenirs.

Yes eating in the room is a big advantage ,we brung with us all of our breakfasts for the week and saved maybe 100.00 depending on what you eat . For those who love anything disney as most of us here do , will always pay to go.

Glad that you enjoyed your OKW stay/ we have loved every trip we have had there. On our last,l we were in a refurbished 2 br. It was incredible, and huge!

count us in as Flights of Wonder fans too.

My daughter does....she has one of the pin backpacks full of them! She has them for different holidays, sports, moods....gotta love Tink!

Me too I have large cork frames full of tink pins ,have fun collecting .
