After reading this forum multiple times a day for months- we just got back from a whirlwind 2 day trip to WWoHP and it was beyond fantastic! Because of the info here, I knew what to do when, and what rides and attractions not to miss at the rest of IOA and US.
Our flight touched down Thursday (9/5) at 9am, took a cab, and the Hard Rock actually checked us in with a ready room at 9:30!
We went straight there and the crowds were so low! Multiple FJ rides for my 20yo DS (not me!) and we were both grinning like little kids. We went everywhere at IOA and US.
RRR was down for the day, but he was able to get one ride in the next day before the lightening started. The Mummy was way cool and he did that several times as well- the Hulk, too! He was in 7th Heaven.
Although I didn't do any rides, I loved every minute of it. Because of this board, I knew to walk through the lines at HP to catch every piece of it. Amazing to me all the theming! I really felt like I was there.
On Friday (9/6) we did Olivander's 4 times in a row, and then once in the late afternoon. We saw 3 different Olivanders, and the show was different each time.
We had a 6am flight out on Saturday, so we only had most of Thursday and then all of Friday. Even in the rain storm that never stopped, it was great! That made for even smaller crowds Friday late afternoon! I absolutely cannot wait to go back someday.
