After 5 wonderful nights...
at the Newport Bay Hotel, we just arrived this afternoon. It's hard when reality hits ...
.after being in such a Magical place.
I will write a trip report as soon as I can.. I promise. I just need to figure out how to post it as well as some photos.. For those of you that will go before I can post my trip report...here are some thought I would like to write about :
1 -RS Transport was the BEST !! They offerred a great pick up service at CDG and this morning they even arrived 15 min ahead...( we were already downstairs). DO book them !!
2- The photos with the characters that are taken at the park or at the DLP hotels..are expensive 15 for one...but if you end up buying up to 10 on the same "packl" they are ...( I think either 44 or 49 ...can't remember)...well, it will be a bit difficult for you to have 10 photos taken by a DLP photographer either at the hotel or at the park. They tell you taht they will be on the computer only for 2 days..that way you buy them every day and of course pay almost the full price. Since we were there for 5 days, I divided my phtoso in two days...and bought the most at the same time...hoping they would not be erased from the computer. Last night at the shop I gave an old photo ticket, and to my surprise it was from our first day..the 27th of Dic..and yesterday it was the 30th....So ..I wonder for how long the ACTUALLY keep the photos on the computer for you to buy. So, try to have as many photos taked in one park or hotel in two days !
3- Admiral's Floor in NPBC is the BEST...for the small difference in price it is worth it. Jsut the fact that you leave your luggage upon your arrival as well as when you leave...it's taken downstairs for you. All these small details made our stay extra special.
4-We really enjoyed eating buffet dinner at Hunter's Grill and Cape Cod. Walt's was so so....the children's menu was nothing special, and our meat was so hard but so hard that I could hardly cut it...although the flavour was great.
5- Take HAND WARMERS...they will make your day at the park much easier...just having somehthing warm makes a big difference.
Once again , thanks to all of you who helped me plan my trip and it was a success..my husband could not believe how much planning I made and how everything worked great.
