We (DS,DD) stayed at the All Star Music Resort. Used my ECV
I thought I might have a problem at the bus stop with the All Stars sharing buses. GOING to the parks we visited AK,HS and MK, we did not share bus with other resorts. This resort had a disabled que for ECV's and wheelchairs.
All the drivers got me loaded quite quickly. All friendly and helpful.
LEAVING the parks the Music resort had its own bus at MK but shared buses at AK and HS.
Not many people on the return trip from AK so got loaded and unloaded with ease. The return trip from HS the bus was packed. The HS bus que nor the other parks (that I noticed) have a disabled que from which to load in the back of the bus. Used regular que. I was the first one in que so bus driver saw me and loaded quite quickly. Stopped at Sports 1st and unloaded lot of people, however, more people got on than got off. I was thinking huh ohh, how am I gonna get off with all these people. We stopped next at Music and the resort guest got off still leaving a lot of people. The bus driver then made everyone standing in the front of the bus move all the way forward and those in the back move all the way back leaving the ramp area clear. He unhooked my ECV and off I went. So that worked out.
Leaving the MK quite late I went through the regular que, was about 30th in line. Sat there for about 10 minutes when one of the Cm's with vest on noticed me and motioned me to the front. I told him I didn't mind waiting for the next bus so as to wait my turn in having to be loaded first. He said no that it would be alright. So loaded and dropped off with no problems.
All in all everything as far as the buses worked out great. Received a lot of info from these boards so being prepared helped!!
Sorry about the other posters thread about the bad service they received on the buses.
Will give a report about the Music resort and park experiences later.
