Just got a great deal at Dollar for April, '11

I stumbled upon this Dollar code on their website. Promo code 918. I got a minivan for the first week of April for the base rate of $319.20/week. Every other code at Dollar was 10% higher and other rental car companies were 50% higher.

I am sure this is a public code because I had not logged in and was on their website without any special links.

Have you rented from Dollar before? I haven't but I saw pretty good rates when I was checking out their site. I was wondering if they have a kiosk like Alamo does. It makes getting out of the airport much quicker. Alamo's rates are so high right now I'm considering using another rental company.

Did you go through and look at the FINAL total price. The base rate is NOT including taxes. I thought I'd found a great rate too thanks to that code but when I went through to book it had all the taxes on and rate wasn't as good as the Costco deal through Avis I found for April in Phoenix.

The first time we rented we waited in the regular line at the airport...long wait. We signed up with Dollar Express and a few months later went to a special line at the airport..much quicker. This last June an employee directed us to go right to the garage where we went to the booth and were walked over to a car...quickest!
