That's how long my next Disney trip will be LOL

DH is a corporate pilot and has to fly someone in his company to Orlando from 11/29-12/1. We are going to take advantage of Southwest's cheap seats and fly down to meet him.

We will fly down and do Magic Kingdom on Thursday.

I'm so excited. I know that it's only one day, and we won't be able to take advantage of all that Disney has to offer, but it'll be worth it to watch our son enjoy his time there.

He is so excited about "the pirates". He wasn't even on Pirates last time we were down because it was down for rehab. He walks around singing "Yo-Ho, Yo-Ho, a pirate's life for me!"

Have a great one day trip. We did a one day hopper marathon back in Sept 03. We hit all our favorites at MGM, MK and EPCOT.
It was great, but tiring!

I'm so excited!! It seems that we are going to make it a family affair. DH's sister lives near Orlando, so we are going to stay with or near her. We've invited my In-Laws to fly down with us, as it's my FIL's birthday.

What better way to spend your birthday than with all of your grandchildren at MK? There is no better way!

The only thing that could go wrong would be if DH's trip cancels. We would have to enjoy our time without him

We should have our trip booked tonight! With Southwest's fare as low as they are, we can't pass it up.

Anyone know how the crowds will be the week after Thanksgiving? When does Pop Warner officially invade?

I have hit DL for a day a few times as I was in the area for Business or plessure but could only do a day.

I have also done several days but only a few hours each day while doing an event in WWoS.

Any time in the parks are a good time.

You can accomplish a GREAT deal on a weekday during that time.

We just returned, hit MK on Saturday, Nov 4, and didn't even come in until around 11:30. We only had until 7:00 for a dinner date, and MK seemed to have a lot of people there, yet we still hit 8 major attractions without a fast pass, plus ate lunch and my daughter did some shopping in 7 and a half hours.

So, I imagine your weekday trip will even be better.

Being selfish, I would fly down a day or two ahead, use ME and enjoy. Have DH meet you!
