Just Discovered!!!

Hi all! I just discovered that in addition to the Food and Wine Festival during the 5 days I'll be in WDW that there is also the Mickey's Not So Scary Halloween Party. What can any of you tell me about it? My traveling party is just me and my best friend from High School. We are both in College right now (almost to professional school YEAH!!) so is this something we would like or is it mainly for littler children. WE have been going to WDW every year since graduating high school so while we are kids at heart especially disney kids, we are still college students and every dollar has to count. Again, any info would be nice.
