Just dessert at Cindy's Table?

We had dinner at Cinderella's Table last year on the dining plan and I had the Bippity Boppity Brew for dessert and it was heavenly. This year dinner at Cindy's costs 2 meals on the dining plan. Can we go there and just have dessert? Would I need to make an ADR for this? I have been dreaming of having another BBB!

I don't think so, but the best thing to do would be to call Disney and ask. The popularity of CRT is why it was bumped to a 2TS meal. The CRT staff asked dining if they could do it because they were so overwhelmed.

CRT went from an a la carte menu to a fixed menu, one price. I don't think they even have a price for dessert.

Going to a fixed price menu, getting rid of the dessert only people, may have been at the request of the restaurant.

The restaurant is still crowded, going to 2 credits was just a way for Disney to make more money and to reduce the number of dining customers to free up tables for cash customers.

According to the CM we spoke with at Disney dining, that was done at the request of CRT due to the crowds dining at the castle. I don't think CRT is worth 2 TS credits, but if I had a kid dying to eat there, I'd just pay for it out of pocket.

I think you are about half right. I believe the increase in cost is an attempt to bring the demand for CRT down to a reasonable level. So many people wanted the adrs that Disney raised the prices in order to discourage some from wanting to attend. If they stay full it will have been a brillant move. I don't think it has anything to do with the dining plan
