Welcome to WISH! I dont' not eat anything certain right before WI. I also WI on Monday nights. I have never heard of not eating beef 2 days prior to WI. What does your leader say it does?
I have never heard about cheese and pasta prior. I basically eat anything I want on WW"s. I would watch my salt prior.
I do only drink 2 cups of water in the morning, and drink the rest of my water in the evening. I dont' eat prior to WI, but you could easily do this because it evens out in the long run. I try to eat an early lunch, so my lunch will have digested quicker, and if I eat a snack I do it early. These are silly things of course, because in the long run you will still loose the same amount of weight. It's just nice seeing a nice loss each week. I also wear the lightest clothes I can. Darn it it's cold tonight, so I won't be able to wear a light t-shirt and shorts.
