Just curious - Anyone get AP rates for POR? . . . Update - Yeah Dreams Unlimited!!!

I just want to know if anyone has been able to get AP rates at POR for any of the days during May 14-20. My Dreams Unlimited represtentative e-mailed me to tell me that my current code is for the same price as the AP code, but I'm think I'm paying $94 a night. I've e-mailed her, but it was late last night so I haven't heard back. Don't get me wrong - I've enjoyed working with Dreams Unlimited, but now I'm afraid I've missed any spots that were available. I may try calling CRO when they open, just to check.


EXCITING UPDATE: I just got an update from Merrie, my Dreams Unlimited representative. YEAHHHHH!!!! She called today and got me the elusive POR AP holder rate. I cannot tell you how impressed I have been with Dreams Unlimited. I actually called Disney this morning just in case Merrie was off today, and of course they told me "no". But Merrie did it. They can work wonders. I will always use them from now on.

I don't have your dates but AP discounts are very limited for POR due to the relocation of FQ. My dates are June 6th-15th. All I could get was the 1st 3 nights at the discount rate of $83 with tax, and the rates were not even out for an hour when I called.
We will be switching to AKL for the next 6 nights. None of the moderates were available at the time we will be there.
Cousins are going May 10-18 staying @ CSR & had no problem getting that discounted.

We are checking in on July 3rd to POR for 10 nights and had no problem getting the AP rate for the entire time... Lucky check in date, I guess!

I got the ap rate applied to our existing ressie por 4/30-5/6. It took two phone calls and a transfer to cust relations.

Congratulations mitymott. It's strange how there seems to be a lot of confusion with the reservation systems.

It took some serious persistance (several phone calls) but we finally got the AP rate applied to our existing reservation for June 1st thru the 7th at POR. We are really relieved and happy beyond belief. Now we can really begin our countdown & concentrate on our agenda for each day. We can't wait. We suggest you keep trying for that elusive AP rate for POR and don't take no for an answer and just give up. Here again persistance pays off! Hope everyone has a grand Disney time at POR. I know we will and at 74 bucks a night it doesn't get much better than that. We are grateful for the PIXIE DUST!
