Just Curious:Anyone encounter blackout dates for May w/AP or FL Resident Rate?

My trip was originally planned for may 3-8 and I had been very worried about that weekend being blacked out for discounts due to the celebration starting.I ended up switching my dates to May 10-14 due to work issues,but I am still curious if anyone encountered blackout dates for this time period?

No problem. Dreams Unlimited got my AP rate for that weekend at BWI and Poly after that. (I chose to split my stay).

The CM didn't mention "black out dates" to me when I inquired about a stay at a moderate May 6-9. But, there were no rooms with an AP rate available at all for those dates.

I called my TA and they were able to book me at a mod for the AP rate - go figure.
