Just closed on our first contract

I just got an e-mail from TSS that we closed. It's our first contract. Everything went very fast for us. We submitted an offer on January 5, and we closed today. I can't wait to get in the Disney system so I can book our first DVC trip. I'm so excited.

Congratulations! Today must be closing day. We also got that wonderful Email from the TSS this morning. Unlike you, though, it wasn't our first contract. I thought our time was fast (we submitted our offer on December 23), but yours is really fantastic. Isn't TTS great to deal with?

Congratulations!!!!! We shouldn't be far behind. We submitted for ROFR on Jan 5th as well. Just waiting to close, we are using a different company so it will be interesting to see if it takes us much longer to close.
