Just closed on a resale contract and was wondering If applying for the Disney Visa would be a good way to pay for a portion of it?

Paying cash for half of it but not sure if Disney Visa would be the best choice of CC

I don't think you can pay via CC resale, other than a small amount toward the deposit.

You can prob get better CB % on another card. The only way the disney visa would be more helpful (I think) in this situation is the rewards can be used to pay dues. There are other cards with better SUBs right now

If you haven't already checked with your closing company, you should do so before applying for a credit card you otherwise may not need/want. Not all closing companies will accept credit cards as payment.

You will not get any bonus points as the resale purchase will not show up as Disney related.
