Just checked in my BIL & family for return flight on SW - now what?

I checked in my BIL & his family on-line this AM so they now have A boarding passes. They're leaving WDW early tomorrow AM and didn't have a chance to print their own. When they get to the airport tomorrow AM - can they just go to the kiosk to reprint their boarding passes? Or will they have to go to the ticket counter or curb-side check-in to have someone reprint them for them?

I want to call them and let them know what to expect when they get to the airport about 4AM tomorrow!

Yes, they can re-print them at the airport when they check in and check the luggage. They could also ask to have them re-printed at the resort, most of the front desks will do it. Another option is to hit one of the business centers and do it themselves. I usually like to do it asap -

But - doing it at the airport tomorrow am is fine.

on-site guests--just tell them to go down to front desk and the will print BP for them. Just make sure they have the code to get in with.

They can go directly to the self-serve kiosks, type in their 6 digit locator number and they'll have the option(s) to print/re-print boarding passes, print receipt, and check bags. There is no need for agent/counter or curb-side check-in. It's very easy and relatively quick!

we'll be having my DM check us in the last day of our cruise and we won't be able to have them printed at a resort. I planned on using the kiosk to reprint the boarding passes....what is the 6 digit locator number?? Is it the confirmation number? TIA!

Online checkin: Yes, 24 hours prior to departure.
Kiosks: Yes, most airports. Check their website for your specific departure airport.
