I went on Spiderman and Jurasic Park, my son has been asking me for months now and today I gave in. Jurasic park wasnt as bad as I thought. Spiderman was a breeze. Now they want me to try Everest in AK, now that really scares me. But they said if I like the mummy I can do that.

Today was a great day to go no lines at all ,we walked on everything. It was great.

Congratulations for overcoming your fears and experiencing new things! When are you going on the Hulk and Dueling Dragons? ;)

Jurassic Park is worse than Everest - that drop is HUGE. Jurassic Park was scarier for me than the Hulk - perhaps you should give that a go? ;)

I tried to overcome my fear last visit and went on the Mummy, Jurassic Park, Expedition Everest, RnR and ToT. To me EE was the most tame of all these rides. I doubt if I will ride ToT again. For me it was that - a Tower of Terror!!:scared1::scared1::scared1:

I dont think I will do the Hulk or DD, that is just to much.

So EE isnt that bad? I want to try it, but I hear that you go backwards in the dark and their are a few big drops.

What about RNR, I watch youtube and I just dont know about it yet. How bad is it?

I also draw the line at the Hulk or DD. EE is way tamer than the mummy even though you go backwards. I like RnR. I would say that is similar in intensity as the Mummy is.

EE might have big drops, but they are dropped at an angle so you don't feel your stomach falling. I think the ride is a little more intense than Mummy, but not by much. The Mummy has much better special effects. You should be fine.

If you are thinking of trying a real coaster, try DD first. Inverted coasters are so smooth, you really feel like you are flying. You are securely strapped in, so you should feel nice and safe.

My favorite coaster ride is Big Thunder Mtn. I too love the Mummy movies but I hated the ride and will not try it again. With a great deal of fear I tried EE ( I HATE drops) - I rode it five times. It is awesome, do not miss it.
