just called and my guide was not there...now what (newbie buying question)

We toured last Thursday and our guide gave us until today to decide to purchase or not if we wanted to get the current incentives. We did decide to purchase, and so I just called my guide and left a message, he wasn't there. Am I ok as far as the incentives are concerned since I have expressed the intent to purchase?
What will happen once my guide calls back? How do we go about paying?

What are the incentives that you were offered? I ask because the incentives that are commonly available right now are $8 off per point, matching developer points, $500 in disney visa rewards provided you use your disney visa for the downpayment/purchase. If those are the incentives you were offered then you should be fine, if he/she offered other incentives in addition to those then maybe you could speak with another guide and let them know your situation. Also just leave a message with your guide that you are ready to purchase, they gave you until today to decide right, not actually sign on the dotted line, LOL. Good luck I'm sure you'll be fine.

When I was first calling my guide, we played phone tag for a bit before actually getting to speak to him. I was assured that although I was only leaving him voicemails, the voicemails are time-stamped and that any incentives applicable at the time of the voice mail would be applied even if he returned my call after the offer ended. I would imagine a similar rule would apply in your case and you would be fine even though your guide is not there. Good luck!
