Mini banana cupcakes!
Use your favorite banana bar recipe, then instead of baking in a pan for bars, bake them in a mini muffin tin (a regular size muffin tin works as well, for normal-sized banana cupcakes).
Frost with cream-cheese frosting and (if you like) top with chopped pecan.
You could give them out to friends or neighbors for a holiday treat, or take them to work with you (my mom does this when she makes banana cupcakes, and she ends up with all sorts of new friends at work by the end of the day) and share. Or, of course, keep them for your family--trust me when I tell you no one will mind!
