Just booked third trip in 1 year!

I just got off the phone with MS after booking our third trip in 12 months. Was able to get a 1 BR at OKW for four nights and a studio for 1 night at BCV.

We were there for a week at Christmas last year at OKW and just returned two weeks ago from a 6 night stay at SSR.

Our DVC membership has made this possible and the trip for this December was to get the most out of our AP's which expire 12/24.

I just had to share my excitement with everyone. Can't wait to get back.

going next week to SSR then cruise in October booked yesterday for January at Animal Kingdom hopefully will book for the Flower festival in the Spring, just love Disney and the relaxing time we have as a family -- really excited to try the new Animal kingdom Villas.

Don't you just love it... We try to go down 2x a year but I just love to sneek in an extra trip now an then.. DVC and AP makes it all possible.

We added on more points last year and we were hoping for a second trip this year to get use out of our AP. We have our annual trip planned for next week - 8 nights at the BWV. We then decided to go in Oct to AKV value studio (to save on points) since our DD has a couple days off school - so we will be there for our first F&W.

Our son is in grad school at Florida and we had planned to go down to help him move apartments in early August. It worked out that flights were much cheaper in and out of MCO than GNV so we booked a couple nights in an OKW studio and will have our first stay there, before helping him pack and move. I've also just talked my DH into an OL so I am so excited now to make such good use of it. He had originally argued that we didn't need one since we only go once a year. But, with 3 trips in less than 4 months - the OL will be wonderful. I'm so excited about our trips and about our new OL. Is another add-on in our future???!!!!!

Right here with you! We are about to take our third trip in one year. We went 8/08. 12/08 and have 56 days until our 8/09 trip! Thank you DVC for letting me see Mickey for a grand total of 25 days in a 12 month period of time!
We've also been able to invite our friends to join us for two of the trips which makes it even better!

Here too.......we went in Nov. (first DVC trip), Jan and just returned from an extended family trip. Of course, now all my OKW points are used until 2011
We do have a trip in Sept though (that will make trip #4) using DP we got on purchasing VGC (first trip there next April).

I have to jump in here also. Jan. for a wedding vow renewal at the wedding chapel. Stayed at Pop. Begining of May for the wife's birthday. Stayed at "home" AKV. We are going to DL in August staying at the GC. We have already booked marathon weekend in Jan 2010. Staying AKV "Home". Wow that was exhausting just typing.

We too got in 3 trips this past year but thought we'd only have 2 this year....did "bonus trip" in May as DDs had Ap's but DH & I didn't....just going to use "old" tix & get AP in Oct to get in 2 Oct Fall Break trips. Since there was a lot of rain in May, DH says on 1st day, "why don't we see what trading in these 4 day hoppers would cost to go toward DVC AP?" After checking & w/visa rewards, it was $100 each! Yahoo! Spring break trip next year!!! so we get 3 trips next year too!

Wife and I went at Xmas last year for 8 days at BWV, leave on 7/3 for two weeks at OKW and then this Xmas at BWV for 6 nights. And will renew AP since we have a 7/31 expire date. Dont you just love that DVC?

Saweet! We were able to take 3 trips in one year before, VERY enjoyable! Good for you!

WE too are getting three trip out of our AP. We went in Jan. 2009 with my husbands parents, BIL, SIL, niece, and my kids. We are going in Sept 2009, meeting up wth friends and some family members. Then Jan 2010 is just my DH and me, can't wait for this one. We try to go every Jan and Sept getting three uses out of the AP.

Gee, I hate to burst anyone's bubble here, but we will have 5 trips this year:

January - long weekend at WDW: BCV and Fort Wilderness Cabin
May - Platinum Plan weekend at WL (gift from our kids)
July - first Kidani stay
September - first BLT stay
December - big family gathering, Jambo Grand Villa

We also had a trip to Hong Kong in March, where we spent 4 days at Disney's Hollywood Hotel, and 4 days in Kowloon. We are also looking at a possible long weekend in November to DL in Anaheim, to celebrate SIL's 60th birthday.

In 2008 we had 4 WDW trips, plus a family trip to Paris that included 4 days at DLP.

It's sure nice to have an empty nest and a couple of grown CMs in the family!
