Just booked the flight...for Feb 2010!!

So excited, and of course, no one around me cares as much, so I come to the DIS where everyone can relate to the excitement!

I went onto AA.com today, just to look at flight prices (again!), and they were down to $99 each way non-stop from DFW to MCO! I couldn't believe it, but then I was in a quandry...do I book now, or not? What happens if.... But then my husband, my rock, said it was going to be near impossible to get lower fares than that, and we have been planning on going to Disney for over a year with those dates, right? Well, yes, but planning is different than the actual commitment. But then again, if I waited, I might not get that rate, so I went ahead and booked it! Yay! And now, we ARE going to Disney!!! I'm waiting for the deals to come out before I book our trip, but the flight is booked and done!

How exciting!! Isn't it funny how you do one thing like that and it all seems so real now?!? That's how I felt when we booked the home we will be renting and then just getting our tickets in the mail this week. (We are going Feb 6-13th)

Yes! My planning has gone into another intense bout, which will probably slow down again in a couple of weeks. We are going Feb 2 - 7. Since we are staying onsite, I am holding back booking until the deals come out (probably Oct or Nov). I've got the "if" scenarios going on now, the Free dining, 7 for 4, PH and WP for Base price or room discount, the last 3 being offered at that time of year in the past few years anyway. It is so fun planning!

Do you visit other Orlando attractions in the area when you go since you stay offsite?

That is great. I can't wait to book our flight and everything else.. we are going in March.
