Just booked our trip for next year and will be trying something new

We have just booked our 9th trip to WDW for next summer, July 10th for 10 days. However, this year will be special since we are bringing our (mine and my sister's) best friend, Alexis, with us who has never been to WDW, never been to Florida, never been on a plane, and never been away from home for more than three days.

We surprised her yesterday with the news and she just keeping jumping up and down saying, "Oh My God, Oh My God!!!!".

We are EXTREMELY excited about this trip and cannot wait to show our friend EVERYTHING at WDW.

We will be staying at All Star (not sure which one yet), which we have been to many times, (not exactly the Grand Floridian where we stayed last time, but hey, at least we are GOING TO WDW!!!!!!!!!!!), and really enjoy the atmosphere of it.

How sweet you are to bring your friend with you! We'd love to bring my parents with us next time, but we have to convince them first (can you believe that???). I think it would be awesome to see Disney through the eyes of someone who's never been there before.

We gave her three books about WDW and planning DVD do look at so that she can become more familiar with how the parks look and just different aspects about Disney she had not known about before.

She also had just recently joined the DISboards (which is GREAT), so now she can see how people go about getting ready for their trip, and basically find the answers to all of her Disney questions.
