Just booked my Split stay with Poly

Well went ahead and did it. Split my nine night stay for May with 4 nights Poly Lagoon View and 5 nights AKL Concierge.

Here's hoping for some good AP rates.

Lizzie, When you book it first and then the rates come out do you just switch the rate on that same reservation or do you have to secure a new reservation? In other words does there have to be availability in your rate catogory for you to get the discounted rate or they will just give you the discount on your reservation? Thanks, Joan ( I am not sure if I should go ahead and make my reservation now or wait for the discounts? If everyone did this would there be any discounts offered if all rooms were booked??)

This was my dilemma, especially because I needed two rooms and the deposit for lagoon view is $853. I was afraid of there not being any rooms, so I went ahead and booked before the discounts.

As soon as the discounts come out, you just call and have it applied to your reservation. However, I do think you have to call before the number of discounts for that room class runs out.

THank You Lizzie! Now I have to decide if I should put that "hefty" deposit down! We too are looking to get concierge at the discount price.
