Just booked HRH Club Level & I have a couple ???'s

We will be staying Club Level at HRH in June. We haved stayed concierge at Disney Resorts before and they greet you upon arrival and take you to the concierge desk to check in. How does it work at HRH, do you check in at the regular desk? Also, after reading these boards I saw orangevactions mentioned. I checked their site and they have a lower rate listed for our dates. Will HRH honor this rate if I call back or do I have to cancel and re-book. I feel like an "expert" at planning Disney vacations but I am clueless when it comes to Universal. Thanks!

Some people have had the hotel match the Orange Vacation rate. It's worth a try!
