I must say, I can't wait for our next trip to Disney  My family and my sister are going in March 10- 17, 2007. We have booked a house that we have stayed at before. http://www.tuscan-ridge.com/ We have been to Disney 3 times before and I got to tell you this place is the best by far. I have said it time and time before, What you see IS what you get.

This is a lovley home that is clean and roomy. Gary and Anne are a great couple to work with. Check out thier site :thumbsup2

I was wondering what the parks are like in March? We have been to the parks in October 2003, February 2005 and December 2005. All great times to go.

We stayed in a 4 bed last August. i can't help further than that as we booked it as a package with Virign Holidays here in the UK.

It was a lovely house though....juat too far away from the Magic

We went in March once and it was fine. The only problem is that you have to watch that it doesn't clash with Spring Break in the US as then it can get really busy. Find out the dates for Spring break if you don't want to have long queues...

We always go this particular week as it is the majority of Canadian's "March Break" (our version of spring break). I think most US areas have a spring break in April. It is busy at the parks during the March Break, but we didn't find it horrible. We did only go for one day, as we stay off-site and one is enough for the two little ones. This past March break was WONDERFUL weather ... VERY warm, actually hot and in the high 80s most days, so we enjoyed most days at the pool. Previous March Breaks have been hit and miss. We have been in years where we have had to wear sweaters and pants most days, and do very little swimming. I recall one year (ages ago  ) when we actually purchased some mittens at the Norway pavillion!! It was so cold and windy at Epcot that day. March is an unpredictable month ... although in the past few years it has been nice ... so maybe it is changing?? One can only hope :)

Thanks for the link ... I would have been REALLY interested, except you booked for the same dates we need!! LOL ... I will keep searching!

Kerri

:wave2: :yay: I just want to say finally someone from DELAWARE is on here :yay: I am just up the road in Wilmington.. I dont see many people on here from our little state.. :wave2: Our last trip we rented a house through Premeirvacationhomes.com and it was like 10 mins from the parks..

As my signature suggests, we love March in the parks! DH and I are on semester break in March which is why we usually go then. We find the weather usually beautiful, 70s and 80s, with little or no rain, although sometimes you can have chilly evenings or even days (March 2005 we had one VERY cold rainy windy day in MK. My hearty Maine kids were practically the only ones on Main Street for the 3:00 parade! But that was unusual.)

We find the crowds variable, but manageable with good touring plans and early park arrival. We find some pretty busy days and some days we felt like everyone else had slept in. It's hard to describe -- a lot of ebb and flow.

We also love renting homes offsite and are converts after last year. You will love your trip in March!!! :thumbsup2

ps. You might want to post questions about staying offsite on the Orlando board where we happy and unrepentant offsite folks -- many villa and condo renters -- hang out (shhh.. don't tell the Resorts Board folks or they will come over and try to convert us! LOL! :rotfl2: ;) ).

We will be there the week after you, for our second WDW vacation!! We will be staying off-site again at Windsor Hills and then doing 3 days at the end on property. We went in March this year and found it was busy but managable. I had been prepared for the worst but was suprised we had such a smooth week. As long as you have a plan of action (as most of us Dis'ers have) you will be fine. I'll have to check out your house, we re-booked our same townhouse too and the owner was great. Now we wait....
