We're not going this year so offered them the use of our banked points. I'm excited for them but gutted we won't be going to see Mickey this year.

I guess I will have to vicariously live their countdown.

Sorry for delay in reply.

Seven nights at SSR as they wanted to be near DTD and then eight nights at AKL because I wanted them to experience waking up to the animals. These were the only resorts available (studio) for the dates I needed. I might phone back and waitlist for Boardwalk though.

They have been to Florida loads but have never stayed onsite.

Oooh, nice getting them in at AKL on (relatively) short notice, I was curious (hence the question) whether there was anything other than OKW or SSR left at this stage as last year when I tried to book around 3 months or so out I couldn't get anything at all outside those 2 resorts.

Home for me is VWL & BWV but I love SSR (both the resort itself and being able to walk to DTD) that next trip we're split staying between BW and there through choice. I'm sure they'll love it there even if BWV doesn't come through

Hi Disneymad,

I was told that I could get a studio at AKL for all fifteen nights (as was the case for SSR). The other resorts I tried were only for odd nights. I was delighted to get anything so close to the summer.

They have now booked their flights and car - so it's all go.

Thats so good of you, they will love it and be wanting to buy or stay on site forever once they have done it.
