Just booked CSR and....

I think we will love the theme, pool, queen size beds, and food court but I am afraid of the size! Is it seriously that much walking to get everywhere?

Any information on your likes or dislikes about CSR will be appreciated!

YOU WILL LOVE IT! !!!! This is the best mod. Imho. Others will say otherwise but it has the feel of a deluxe a lil bit. Very serine n tranquil. I was in casitas 4. an ideal location if u ask me.

It's a bit of a walk-about 10 minutes from the building farthest out to the main building- but the landscaping is so gorgeous, it seems like seconds.
You can request Casitas or Cabanas which are closer buildings. We've stayed in all the sections and have loved each one.

We were a tad worried too, but didn't find it to be a problem at all. The grounds really are beautiful and it's a nice walk. If there were mobility issues, I might reconsider... otherwise I'm sure you'll love it! Have fun.

The walking was NO PROBLEM at all. We were located in Ranchos, on the very back of the building next to the parking lots (great location actually, because we were so close to two different bus stops). I walked every morning to the main building to get coffee, and it took me about 10 minutes. An easy walk, and very enjoyable. We were just a few minutes away from the big pool, so I'd stroll through here, and head over the bridge, and soon arrive at the Pepper Market area.

You'll end up walking much farther when you leave Epcot and walk out to the bus stops - now that seems like a long walk to me, especially at the end of the night.

You will have no regrets. We absolutely loved this resort when we stayed there last year. Beautiful theming and just gorgeous all around. We stayed in building 9B (Cabanas) right near the water. It was a 5 minute walk to the main building and maybe a 7 minute walk to the pool.

We also loved the theming of our room. Very clean and tidy. Our room had nice decorative sliding wooden doors that separated the sink area from the bedroom. This came in handy when putting our son down for the night in his pack and play. We were able to watch tv and do whatever without disturbing him. You're worried about walking the resort but not that you'll be walking 8-10 miles per day in the park? It'll be fine. You can hop on the buses and they'll take you around the resort- just ask the front desk CMs or bus drivers and they'll let you know which one to board. We prefer the Ranchos, which happen to be the furthest out, because they have a fantastic quiet pool and let us enjoy a nice stroll on the way to breakfast!
