Just booked Beach Club 7 mnths out for July 2012!!!

Just had to share my excitement with you.......thought I would ask on the off chance that it would be available in the height of summer at 7 mnths....and we got a 1 bed room for 6 nights! SO excited, it's our first stay there!!
Have requested a higher floor but beyond that, what should I request for a better view?
Where is the refillable mug station at BCV?
Son super excited about Stormalong Bay!!!

I'll share the excitement with you! I got a studio for the last week of June. Taking my DD for her 9th b'day. Can't wait to hit SAB and the waterparks.

Great news for you!!!!Hoping I can get a 1BR there in August!

We stayed there last July and I would recommend a higher floor looking at Epcot. I opened my curtains every morning to looking at the top of Spaceship Earth and part of the land. We could also see the fireworks from our balcony!

Congrats! BCV is our favorite resort. You'll love it there. You can fill up your mugs in the marketplace or at Hurricane Hanna's near the pool. Stormalong Bay is awesome! We usually try and request a room near transportation, too. Enjoy

In my opinion -- I'd request a room near the lobby. It is a long haul to Stormalong Bay from the DVC part of the resort. We stayed there last Spring Break and LOVED it!

SAB does get crowded. We are not all day pool people. We may arrive around 1-3, and it's been difficult to get a chair/lounge at times, but we always have. I enjoy the "lazy river" (not lazy, and deep with a current) portion, and I don't think it's ever been too crowded to enjoy!

Perfect! When we were staying at the BWV last time I wondered over to the BCV to have a look and it just seemed so relaxed and tranquil in comparison and the quiet pool was quiet!!!!
Very excited to stay there, I know we'll love it!
Has anyone ever done the breakfast at Cape May, and if so, how was it?

8 of us, myself, DH, DS, DDiL, DSis, and our 3 DGC all enjoy the food and the character interaction at the Cape May breakfast. There are Mickey waffles for those who love them, and for me and DSis, we're happy because lox and bagels with the trimmings are on the buffet as well.

I've heard that the Captains Grill at the YC has many of the same buffet items without the characters or the higher price. We've not gone there, but during this December/January trip, I'm going to try it to see if it's a possibilty for all of us sometime. The DGC are getting older, and we do stay at the BCV at least twice a year.

We book for July or early August at BCV every year at 7 months out (this will be our 6th summer in a row at BCV) and have never had a problem.

Just booked last Wednesday for 7 nights! Can't wait!

You are going to love it there!
