Just booked again....to go in 6 days time!!!!!

Ok so I had money in my account today to go and book a holiday to haven for the summer, but my thoughts were since haven is pretty cheap im sure I can save up for a cheap haven break...soon.
So off to facebook I go and ask Kizzy to help, I don't like waiting for things so we both worked out together flights hotels etc. sooooooo .......

We leave on Monday!!! in 6 days time!!!! We are staying in the dream castle as that was pretty cheap. Staying for 3 nights, only £144 for me and my son for the 3 nights including breakfast yay!!

I already have an annual pass, so will just buy my son a ticket for each day or an annual pass whatever works out cheaper. First ever time staying off site so will be an experience, no doult I will cry even at the sight of hotel new York (but its fine as we are back to hotel new York in 71 days time )

sorry im all over the place just now, tooo excited. And guess what, I haven't told my partner that im going yet opps, also haven't told him that he will be driving us to and from the airport too........


So without wasting anymore time, SDD BABY!!!

no idea if we will catch the Christmas season or not, will have to check. its still not really hit me yet that we are going, but my wee boy is super excited.

Partner is fine with us going, only grumbling he has is he has to take us to the airport early Monday morning before he goes to work at 8am, so looks like we are leaving here at 4am to be at the airport for 6am to give him time to get to work for 8am and our flight is not till 10am

Have fun, spontaneous trips are great.

I received an email from Portmeirion Village offering a 3 night half board deal for the price of 2 night stay today . DW and I worked out the costs and the travel time / petrol money and calculated we could have a mini trip to DLP for the same price.

We very nearly started to look into it, but talk ourselves out of it was we are going to DLP in June, and six months is not that long to wait.......

Great excitement when booked last minute like that! Looks like you'll be there much the same time as us, we're going on Sunday 4th until Wednesday 7th. Looking forward to some late Christmas magic and of course any bargains in the sales on the last day.

So Carrie, am I right in thinking it will be wet, wet, wet for us? Would prefer the freezing but dry and bright weather we have here now but don't think it is going to last that long.
