Just got an email back from Chef Gordon to confirm we've booked A Private Affair for 18 March at HH. He asked us if there was anything special we'd like on the menu. He also sent us a sample menu. Any suggestions on what we could get him to make??? I know what I'm definitely having for starters ... Daufuskie Island Crab Cakes with Devils Elbow Dressing. Hmmmhmmmm!!!
