Just booked 5 nights and DDXDP.. Help me with ADR's

Well I finally booked and paid in full for our trip for the 1st week of December. arriving on the 5th Checking out on the 10th.
It will be DH and I only this trip

We are staying at POFQ,

I need some ideas, we are passholders so we could go into the park normally we don't. We usually do a pool afternoon, and then PH and DTD, so for the 1st night I would like something to really set the trip off, and Surprise DH with something extra special.:

We are going to MVMCP on the Dec 6th, so I need ideas for dinner this night. This will be our 1st time attending this party, so I have know Idea what to do.

We are wanting to do 2 or 3 signature TS this trip, Which are your favorites? and why? reviews please.

I would suggest eating at one of the TS in the MK for your MVMCP night. Just for something different we are going to try Tony's Town Square. We didn't want to do a buffet.

For the night of MVMCP;
I was thinking about a late lunch TS, so that if we got hungry we could just grab CS or the Plaza for something lite and quick. Do you think that this would be okay or just make early dinner ressie for around 6:00 so that we would be done by the time the party gets rolling.

We love Jikos and Flying Fish. I'd start with either of those on your first night.

Last year we had an ADR at Cali Grill before the MVMCP. We were also on the DxDP. Even though our ADR was at 5:15, we weren't actually seated until about 5:45. Cali Grill is not really a place to rush through dinner and we ended up ordering dessert to go (which reduced our options since they weren't all portable). We didn't make it to MVMCP until about 7:45 (start time of 7:00). We've been to the party before, so I knew that most shows run twice and we could catch the later shows. But, I will admit, I felt like I was watching my watch the whole time and kept looking at the castle and wanting to be in MK...even though the food was fantastic. Next time, I will definitely schedule our TS dinner in the MK on the MVMCP night and reserve Signature dining for nights that I don't mind taking the time to savor each bite!

On a side note...we enjoy the last half of the party much better than the first half as the crowds usually start clearing out by 10. We've had many personal interactions with CMs during the last hour (with magical moments for our DD) and have great views/spots for the shows. But, I still like to be there the entire time!
