Thank you to everyone for all the tips which made our July 3-9 trip magical! We (me, DH DD age 9 & DS age7) stayed at POFQ. All 3 room requests were met! Magical express was truly magical! We arrived in Orlando at 2:20 and were at POFQ one hour later; our luggage arrived 2 hours after that. ME also worked like a charm coming home. We saved hundreds of dollars on the dining plan (ate at Ohana, 1900 Park Fare, CRT, Teppanaki & SCI-FI). The waiters and waitresses at every restaurant, counter service and snack cart could not have been more accomodating. We were amazed by all the food we received on the plan and how much money we saved. My major advice would be to get to all parks early, always have a fast pass in your hand and leave in the middle of the day to rest or swim. Knkowing which rides/attractions were air conditioned and planning accordingly also helped. Eating in air conditioned restaurants was also essential. It was very hot and we could not have had an enjoyable visit without using this strategy. We arrived at various parks at entry time every day and did not wait long for rides. For example, we went to MK on Thursday and had done 9 rides by 10:30. The only disappointment at MK was that we were there by 8:30 am and they would not let us past the main courtyard at the entrance in front of the railroad station until 9:00 AM. We baked in the sun for 30 minutes and almost no one in the crowd cheered when Mickey arrived by train with other characters to welcome us in. In past years, we went to a rope drop by Fantasyland. We still walked on several fantasyland rides in the first 20 minutes. Without a doubt, we had a truly magical vacation! I'll be happy to answer any questions.

Thanks for the report! We plan on using the Magical Express on our trip in Sept., I have been a little concerned with a few posts mentioning less than professional bus drivers hinting for tips, did you have any experience with this? Also, in what order did the bus stop at the resorts?

Off-topic - Where on Cape Cod do you live? My family is from Dennis, Hyannis and Falmouth.

Hi Hannasmom; we live in Barnstable village and are off to the beach today! We were at POFQ and were dropped off by ME first before POR and Saratoga Springs. I don't know if the order is always the same. I highly recommend using Magical Express. To be at our resort and checked in one hour after landing is truly magical. We were also very pleased with ME on the way home. We checked our luggage and received boarding passes at 11:45, were on the bus at noon (for a 3:00 flight), and at the airport by 12:40. Our luggage all made it to Boston without a hitch. Everyone on our flight who used ME seemed happy with it.
