DH and I returned Saturday from a wonderful week-long trip to WDW. This was our first time using a car service and we chose Murray Hill based on the reviews from this board.
We flew SWA from Manchester, NH to Orlando - our flight arrived about ten minutes late. Tony was waiting for us at the bottom of the escalator
. He helped us with our bags and we were off to Publix for our grocery stop. Thanks to the aisle list that John had faxed to me prior to our trip, we were in and out of Publix in less that 30 mins.
From there is was a quick drive to OKW. Tony (who's from Boston) and DH
baseball most of the way. Tony confirmed our pickup time for the following Saturday and said that he would be our driver. We unloaded, tipped Tony, checked-in and proceeded to enjoy our vacation.
Our return trip was *almost* as perfect. The only "issue/gripe" I have is that we received a phone call at 10:30pm on Friday night (from Tony) asking us to change our pickup time the following day. They needed to pick us up earlier because they had so many clients coming in on Saturday. DH and I do not appreciate calls after 9:00pm and having to cut our vacation short - even if only by 30 mins - was slightly annoying.
Overall we found Murray Hill's service to be very good and would use them again.

P.S. I did learn that Tony and his wife plan on starting their own transportation company soon - he asked for my email address so he could let us know when they are up and running. If he knows the business end of transportation as well as he knows driving - they should do well.
