Just back Poly LV concierge, ASSp, BCV

We had a wonderful, magical stay.
After 2 weeks, we still could have stayed longer.
I will try to give a short review about each hotel soon.
Not quite yet, I still need coffee.

Just for those of you heading out very soon, while I could find things that could have been better at each place, on the whole each resort we stayed at we had a good experience and a great time.

If anyone has specific questions let me know and I will try my best to answer.

To all those who answeres my questions, offered advise or just let me ramble about the trip I had coming up, a big Mickey "THANKS PALS!" to you all.

We are staying Poly LV Concierge (for first time LV concierge) and would like to know all about your view and the concierge service. We are leaving Sept. 27 - Oct. 4. I cannot wait. We are going to surprise my 4 year old.

How do I change my countdown clock. The one with my previous post has last year's clock. We leave in 46 days. Anyone know how to change????

I think you have to go into your user Cp and delete it then start over from the beginning again.. Michelle - you can ask on the Tech board and they will help you .. Michelle

More info please. How was your room at BCV? What kind of room was it? Did you feel it was somewhere you'd stay again?

How was Poly concierge? Was it crowded? Where the food offerings good quality. Was there enough food quantity ?? Did the cm's in Poly concierge repond to your requests if you had any?

PS. What did you feel about the length of your trip - too long? too short?? Just right?? We're atyining for 14 days in Nov and we have never stayed that long before so I'm wondering what you thought.

twinglemom, I have done 2 weeks before ( in Dec 2001 ) it was great ! we planned Sea World days ( buy one get one free ) days off for the pool and DTD and then of course park days and MVMCP .. I would love to do 2 weeks again but kids are older now and with school ... Michelle

Sorry it is taking me so long. I just typed a VERY long post only to be booted off AOL and loose everything I just typed.

I will retype but I have been promising my son I'd play Monopoly, he usually kicks my butt pretty quick. I'll be back.

Quickly - Poly Concierge was very good. I am sure it is great in Hawaii. The good experience FAR outweigh the negative.

BCV - I am a DVC owner at BCV, this was my 3rd stay there. I had a studio and have stayed in a 2 bd. I will be happily calling it home for a long time.

MHO - 2 weeks - still to short. There ae still so many things that I haven't done. I did get better at slowing down and doing less each day. Breaking it up between resorts made it seem shorter. I'd love to try it in one place.
