My dd and I returned home yesterday:sad1: We had a very good time.

I will give opinions of the restaurants
Day 1 (arrival day) We had dinner at Fulton's. We had the calamari appitizer
I had the crab claws and dd had mahimahi....both were excellent and the service was good too.

Day 2 Breakfast at Kona. DD had Eggs Benedict and I had the 2 egg, bacon and potatoes. DD loved hers...mine was OK. Service was good.
Dinner at Tony's at MK. DD had Chicken Caesar Salad and I had Chicken Parmigiana...Salad was good....Chicken Parm was just OK (could have been seasoned a little more) Service was excellent

Day 3 We had no ressies....ate a Chicken Caesar salad at Pizzafari at AK..they were good

Day 4 Dinner at Sci-Fi DD had Grilled Tofu (she had never eaten this and wanted to try it) It was good. I had Sprimp Penne and it was good too. Service was good.

Day 5 Late Lunch at Coral Reef. DD had Lobster Salad and I had Grilled Tilipia
Lobster Salad was not what she was expecting but she liked it very much and my fish was excellent!! Service was excellent too.

For other meals we just snacked whenever we got a little hungry. We did share a Dole Whip at MK...YUM!!

I did feel a little rushed at the restaurants....I like to relax a little before I order and I felt they were wanting us to hurry and order. And when we did the food arrived very FAST....which is great if you are really hungry, but not so good if you want to relax a little....

Does anyone feel that way when eating at TS restaurants???

I think it may depend on where you are at and what time of the day it is?

I've eaten at Coral Reef twice this year and Sci-Fi 3x in the past year (it happens when your a CM and family comes to visit lol.)

At both, I felt that the food was not rushed (we weren't on the DDP maybe thats why?) but it took forever to get the check after our plates were cleared. At least at CR and Sci Fi there is plenty to look at while you wait. I enjoyed the waiting time bc it was extra time to relax but when you have a dad on a schedule, it can get ugly lol.

I hope you enjoyed your trip!

Great reviews--thanks for sharing. Glad you enjoyed Fulton's. It has always been one of our all time favorites and we have not gone the last two years because it is not on the dining plan. We are going this year and paying out of pocket as our special 25th anniversary dinner.

Great reviews! I could totally identify with the rushed service thing, but sometimes I appreciate it when I want to hurry back out into the park. Its funny how it can annoy me when I'm not in a hurry :upsidedow .
