We got back last night from 7 magical nights at Pop Century. This was DD's birthday trip & she got so much special attention wearing her b-day button, from being picked to be in the pirate show with Captain Jack 
to having the Dapper Dans sing Happy Birthday to her on Main Street, it was just incredible.
The love bugs were terrible when we first got there. They were all over everything & we were constantly flicking bugs off us
but the last two days we noticed there were considerably less of them & I think they are just about gone.
We did Expedition Everest twice. Wow. It was really intense. We both liked it much better the second time we rode because we knew what to expect. The first time was just too much to take in.
We also did Soarin twice. Incredible. It takes your breath away. What a fantastic ride. I'm terribly afraid of heights so I was a little uneasy about this ride, so we requested row three the first time since that row does not go up as high as the others. I had no problem at all with this ride & would have ridden in the first row if it were available the second time.
We finally went to a water park this trip. I have never been to either BB or TL on any of our previous trips. I'm not a water park person at all & didn't think I would like it. I very grudgingly took DD on Sat. & was pleasantly suprised! We had an absolute blast! The tube slides were just my speed & the lazy river was so relaxing. We really enjoyed the wave pool too. I would definately do TL again in the future.
The crowds were very low. The only waits we encountered were on the weekend. We went to AK on Sat. & found it pretty crowded but still managable.
Went to the Halloween party on 10/2 & loved it! We saw the parade, did Stitch's dance party, saw the wizard show, the villians mix & mingle, face painting & got lots of treats. We didn't see nearly as many characters as we had hoped. I really wanted to see all 7 Dwarfs together but we never saw them. Don't know if they were out that night or not.
Ok back to unpacking. I hope to post some pictures later.
