Just back ... magical moment!!

My DS 11 decided he wanted Mickey Ears. He was talking to the really nice CM while we were chatting close by. As he's walking back to us, she calls him back as well as the rest of us. She gave my DD 16 one of the squirt bottles with the fan and gave DS one without the fan while they were back to back. She had them take three steps, turn and fire!! My DS was totally shocked while being hit with a strong stream of water while she's just getting mist out of hers!! Then they switched, ran around getting each other wet and had a great time! She gave them both certificates, which will go into their scrapbooks with photos, and wrote their names down in her "magical moments" book.

I never saw a Dream Team member but saw lots of the fast passes, lanyards and ears around the park. My mom finally said ... "You're really jealous, aren't you?" to which I replied "Yes!!!" I really wanted one of the fast passes but we still had a great time.

The CM did tell us that they have given out roughly 500,000 dreams/moments so far so they still have a ways to go to get to the million!!

That sounds like it was fun! I love your attitude too, you didn't win a big prize but you still enjoyed yourself!

Good for your kids!! That's special... and it's always great to have those certificates to put into the scrapbook.

I am also very heartened to hear that they are nowhere near the end of the "dreams" ...as our trip is not until Sept!

I love love love those kinds of magical moments... those are the little memories that sneek up on you in the middle of an aisle at a grocery store and you start to smile for no apparant reason. We have done some really big things with Disney, but I have found that for myself and my kids that it is the little things that they remember with such clarity... like all 5 of us cuddled into a hammock at the Poly beach watching wishes and the water pagent. just snuggled in... ahhhhhh.... i LOVE Disney...
good to hear they still have lots of wishes left... however i know they just made a TON of wishes come true this past week with the free upgrades... we got pixie dusted on that one even!

Don't know if this is considered a magical moment, but on our last day the kids went to the boutique to get their makeover from there we went to the MK all day with them dressed as princesses. They got asked by 5 CM's for their autographs, they got such a kick out of that. Anyway our little moment was, we decided to stop and get a snack of popcorn and bottled water for ourselves, and we were ready to pay with a credit card, and they told us don't worry about it, it was free, maybe 'cause the kids were dressed up to the nines in their princess attire. They were getting bowed to all day, even by goofy.

Oh and at MGM we also got Dream fastpasses at One mans dream

Just got back from a week on property, and didn't see a sign of the 'boys & girls in blue'. That said, our Dream Moments included:

• Riding in the cab of the monorail. Twice.
• Fastpasses from a fellow guest when Test Track was at 60min plus.
• DS5 getting a Buzz pin from a CM, just because he was a fan.
• Being lucky enough to just BE at Disney for a whole week.
