Just back from trip WDW Dec 13-15th! Not too bad for us!

We arrived on Wed Dec 13th around 5 in the afternoon and there was no one waiting for ME at all!! We jumped right on the bus and was checked in by 6:15 or so.
Ohana was wonderful and very busy!! We had an ADR! We did not ask for a window seat,but got an awesome table with a perfect view! Service was a bit slow, but we did not care cause we were not in a hurry at all...So we just enjoyed the atmosphere and the food! We ate so much!! Wishes started at 8pm and we had a perfect view and the music was piped in!! It was wonderful! Great night and start to our trip.

Old Key west was very quiet and pretty. Bus service was great! No complaints. Our room was close to the Hospitality house. Had Olivias for breakfast before we left for our cruise and it was great!!! Hashbrowns were really good!

We went to AK on Thursday Dec 14th. Got there right as the gates opened and walked right in. We NEVER waited in line for anything!!! Walked on EE,Dinasour,Safari,Bugs life show....We did have a line for the NEMO show, but it moved fast and we got seated right away. Very cute!!
The weather was warm with overcast sky's...Perfect for the parks. The animals were all out in the morning. We did all attractions we wanted by 2 pm.
We had lunch at the Flaming Tree Barb Q and we loved it and the seating areas are very nice and relaxing.

Then we headed back to OKW to get ready for the party at MK! Well we got there around 4:30 and got right in and it was a bit busy... The decorations were very pretty... Then about 6 ish the rain started to pour and I mean pour!!!! There were hardly any lines for rides ,but people everywhere!!!!!!! It finally stopped, but our feet were soaked and it just took some of the fun out of the night. We did have ponchos and so that helped.
Still you could just not relax...The Party was just really packed...... We rode several rides and stayed till 11pm, but was so glad to get out of there and back to the resort and get dry.
Not as fun as the first MVMCP we had went to years ago...Oh well you can not control Mother nature. Atleast it was warm.

By the time we left the second parade was starting and the so was the rain starting back up. We caught part of the first parade so we left. Wishes was really good.

Then we headed to Port Canveral and had a relaxing 3 days on the Sovereign of the seas...We needed it!

Any Questions.... I think the parks last week were fine during the normal hours, but the parties seem really popular!!

Still we had a great time!! We will be back again..Hopefully in September.

Hi Michelle! Always nice to see you about the boards--here and Cruisecritic!

Glad you had a nice time. Callie and I are aiming to go again just as soon as school gets out here--end of May? First of June? who knows with having to make up days!

Will have to go read about your cruise if you've posted on CC. Our cruise isn't till April and am so excited about that.

Sorry your party night was the 14th. We were going to see the Osborne Lights (which got canceled but we were soaked so we stayed at MGm for a while) Our party was Tue. Dec 12. It was a little crowded but really no ride lines untill after wishes.

Yeah we did have a fun short trip! MVMCP was more crowded than I had hoped, but we still had fun.

I will post on Cruise Critic about SOS as soon as I have time.

Still love DCL best but Royal Caribbean is good too and the price is so much better.

We will be booking the Disney Magic again for October 2008 when rates come out in the Spring.

We plan to go back for my Birthday the week after Labor day...I hear that is a good time to go...
