Just back from Pop

All our worries were for nothing. Pop was excellent. No noise problems or any problems for that matter. We are not the types to spend a lot of time around the resort, but we found it met our needs very well.

Our Processional reservations were messed up by the "dine line" people (even though we confirmed them 2 days before we left home). Two of the ladies at the Pop front desk, after an hour of their time, we able to correct the problem and even credited up back two wishes for our trouble without us even asking. They did not cause the problem, but were a tremendous help in fixing it.

I would be happy to help or answer any questions concerning Pop or our trip.

What building were you in? We were in the 50's building 3 on the 4th floor and could watch Illuminations and Wishes from our railing. This is a nice resort for the price.

The majority of the comments I have read about POP have been very positive. I am excited about going in January! Thanks for posting your experiences!

we just returned from pop on 12/7
we stayed there for three nights.
the first night they messed up my reservation of
adjoining rooms with a request of a king size bed.
they offered to move me after i went to the lobby
and spoke with the manager and it was 10pm and the four kids
were asleep.

while they were helping me with this problem, my room keys
were put up and someone was able to enter my hotel room
and woke up my family.

on 12/7 i was hearing loud noises from outside and found
out that they were doing gardening at 730am
in the bushes outside my room and around the 90's
roger rabbit building.

i also could not use my room key at the parks to charge things for some
reason.
the rooms were clean and it was cheap, but i would have been better
off elsewhere.

We stayed in the 60's building, second floor facing the lake. Room was always very clean, and easily accessed.

We didn't use the food court. I'm not sure abour the Krispy Kremes.

Just back from an awesome three night stay at the POP! Can not say enough good things about this resort. Arrived late on December 6th but our room was exactly as requested. Connecting rooms, third floor 50s building with view of illuminations and wishes. Room was very clean and mousekeeping was awesome. On my twin daughters birthday we returned to the room to find balloons and signed cards from Minnie Mouse. Also a Mickey and Donald towel animal. Very cute! The pool was awesome! The food at the food court was pretty good! The shrimp lo mein was fantastic!
The kids enjoyed the refillable mugs and even though the hot chocolate machine was down our entire stay they still managed to drink enough to get their moneys worth and more.
The drinks at the pool were good (and it made my day to get asked for id by the bartender).
Bus system was perfect! Never waited more than a few minutes!

Just a perfect vacation!

Just returned from five nights at POP. It was my first time and I was impressed. We stayed in the 50's building #3, 4th floor, view of lake. You could see the Tower of Terror, Epcot ball, Illuminations, and Wishes from the balcony. Not bad for $55 a night!

RE: Mugs
Mugs have a platform shoe and a cell phone. Also have a mickey and several words like "awesome, wassup" etc. I saw orange, blue and red ones.

RE: Krispy Kreme
They did have a section in the food court that said Krispy Kreme, but the only thing I saw was muffins and boxed Entenmann's.

Everything was great. Bus system was wonderful. Never waited for more than 10 minutes for a bus, train, monorail or boat the entire time!

I'm going to POP in 15 days. My second time staying in that particular resort. I loved it last year and can't wait for this year! Does anyone know how the first two weeks of Jan. are busy wise? Can't say enough about POP! Best resort in WDW!

I stayed there last month and had absolutely no problems. I would definitely stay there again!
