The price couldn't be beat (AP rate of $59/night) and it was sort of a last minute trip so we decided to stay at Pop. It's like the All Stars in architecture/decor, but with slightly better amenities (like an ironing board/iron, and bars of bath soap and bottles of shampoo instead of liquid soap dispensers in the bathroom). We were in the 70's section (my sister who was born in 1978 didn't recognize the 8-Track tapes on the building) which was very close to the parking lot, bus stops, and food court. Bus service was very efficient - we never waited more than 5 minutes for a bus.
Be warned! As others here have stated, the walls are VERY thin. We could hear t.v.'s, showers, and turbo toilets. Also, the couple having a drunken argument in their room Wednesday night/Thursday morning should be ashamend of themselves! We heard every word...
Also, as others have stated, the parking lots are crazy on weekends. On Saturday night, the 70's lot was full with people making their own parking stalls curbside. This is one problem that needs rectifying before the summer crowds arrive.
For a last minute/budget trip, this was the way to go.
