We were at Disney World at POFQ from 8/24 - 9/1 with the free dining, booked free dining bounceback for 8/23/09 - 9/3/09
Here is a quick run down of our TS meals and how I would rate them in order of preference.
Yak and Yeti - Dinner. Awesome best meal of the trip. Wife and I had the Shrimp and steak excellent, my son had the chicken lo mein and my wife felt it was the best lo mein she ever tasted. My daughter had the vegetable lo mein and liked it as well.
Teppen Edo - Dinner. Excellent this has always been a must do and remains that way. My wife and I again had the shrimp and steak, my son and daughter had the chicken. Though my son ate my steak and would order the steak next time.
Boma - Breakfast. Best breakfast buffet on property has been a must do ever since we stayed at the AKL in 2001, something for everyone. We most likely will not do this again for breakfast only because of the travel time.
Mama Melroses - Dinner Fantasmic package. Excellent though it was too much food as it included appetizer, entree and dessert. I had the Pork Marsala, my wife and son both had the Penne Vodka, all was very good.
Crystal Palace - Character Breakfast. Your basic breakfast buffet but still one of our favorites. Have only tried for breakfast I plan to tray lunch or dinner next time.
Liberty Tree Tavern - Character Dinner. Very good everyone from the parents to the kids enjoyed the meal. I am not sure if we will do this again considering it will not be a character meal anymore.
Ohanas - Dinner. Very good however we most likely will not do this again for sometime.
Whispering Canyon Cafe - Dinner. We have done this several times over the years and though we enjoy the food we will hold off for next time.
