First let me say that CBR MUST be popular as the resort was sold out on May 22 weekend! We wanted a 3rd room and culdn't get it until Tuesday of that week.

Trip : May 22- 29, 2004

CBR:
We stayed in 2105 and 2106 in Martinique. They we connecting rooms so we could go back and forth without going outside.
Rm. 2105.... Standard View... 2 Doubles
Nicely decorated and spacious even with Pack n' Play squeezed in between wardrobe and table. Good counter space in bathroom and nice view of quiet Courtyard.
Rm 2106..... Accessible King room with Rollaway!
New DH and I shared this room with my disabled dd and found it also get on space until we tried to fit a rollaway in. Not enough space for that. Bathroom was bigger but there was no closet storage area which kinda sucked. We only had the 4 skinny drawers and the wardrobe for everything includung storing our suitcases! Corner room with Courtyard view and 2 second walk to disabled parking which was convienient. Rollaway are very uncomfortable. Disney needs to buy new matresses for them as springs are jutting out.
Pools:
Used mainly the quiet pool in Martinique as it was more convienient than the Main pool. Actually found OPR and main pool to still be quiet a walk even though we were on the edge of Martinique. Never more than 10 people in the quiet pool. Just wished they offered towels at the pool as well.
Main pool was busy everyday. Used the kiddie pool with DD only once but she enjoyed it. Only problem was there is no shaded coverage at all.....
Resturants and OPR...
Didn't eat at food court or Shutters but selection looked good. Used Grab n' Go for breakfast a couple of times. Great Gift shop... good selection and variety.

Boardwalk Villas:
Stayed in 2119 which is a one-bedroom. We loved it! Space was great as was storage. The bathroom was huge with a large shower and jacuzzi tub. had a standard view but it was quite pretty. We overlooked the water and the bridge to parking but had some tree coverage in front of part of our balcony.
Pools:
We loved the pools. The Quiet/ Community Hall pool was the most convienent one to us but we had the carry Disabled dd down stairs in stroller or else do long hike back to elevator. We specifically asked for room at end of hall due to noise levels we have experienced at other resorts when in rooms close to lobby/ elevators.
Main pool was never overly busy and easy to access as it was pretty much at the elevators. Theming is great... love the whole old circus ideas, elephants and bozo the clown waterslide! Didn't use kiddie pool or playground as they were both located in direct sunlight with no shade... and with the heat wave we had that week.... it would have been like baking a kid!

The only downside to our trip and it wasn't all that bad was that they were doing minor construction in our hallway outside of our door. The tools were pretty quiet but still woke us up just after 8am in the morning!

We also did the DVC tour of Saratoga Springs and though not overly impressed with the resort..... we are thinking of becoming members one way or another!
