We had a great stay at BWV. We arrived around 10:45 am on Sat., Nov. 1 and got our room right away. We were in 2049 with a Boardwalk view. The view was great, we were right over the store but you could only see if you were standing. We were in a handicapped unit that was in ok shape (several nicks in the paint and the side of the fridge was beginning to rust as was the bottom of the range). I had to call maintenance to replace the hair dryer, only one speed worked and the burners did not work on the stove. Everything was fixed quickly.

The room was clean, the staff was very friendly and we had a super time. We even got a "welcome home" at check in. We spent a lot of time at the pool and chair saving was not a problem this time.

All trash and trays in the hall were removed by the end of each day so I didn't think that was much of a problem anymore, either.

They put up the Christmas decorations while we were there and they are really beautiful.
We love BWV and can't wait to stay there again in April.

It sounds like a wonderful trip and it's good to hear that all problems were addressed when you called them in.:)

We just got back on Saturday night after a week at the Boardwalk. Had room #'s 5011 & 5013. (2 bedroom) What a great room and view of the Boardwalk and Epcot fireworks.

Everything in the room was fantastic.

Couldn't have asked for a better room.
