I'm really tired from our trip but it was a great trip. Man was it HOT it was about 97 every day. Its the first time I ever sweated playing Put put golf. We did have a great trip. We stayed in room 253 a 2 bedroom and it was perfect. Everything was clean and no maintance issues. We did the DDP on this trip and ate some great food. The biggest surprise was the Turf club at SSR. The food was really good. I would suggest making the trip over I had the Prime rib and it was really good. It seems Disney has revamped food at a lot of there restraunts. All of our sit down meals were good with a few that stood out. The rose and crown was really good I had the Roast beef it rocked. The turf club as I already talked about was great. The few bad meals we had were Huricane Hanna's. It just tasted funny and Gemany's sit down restraunt was just ok. Smoke from the wild fires was really strong a few times but seem to not stay long. I will update after a little more sleep.

I'm glad you had such a great villa and enjoyed most meals.

We had a 2 bedroom, 301, that was in very good shape, and convenient to the stairs. It only had a smallish balcony, but I didn't have time to sit out there anyway. When we're with family, we keep busy!

Our lunch at le Cellier was so good, melt in your mouth filet, done just right, and DS DDiL's dinner meal was reported to be the best. It was DDiL's birthday, so we took care of the DGC!

I am glad to hear you had a great stay....we are headed to BCV in January but are staying in a studio. We stayed there last month and fell in love with it. Can't wait to go back :goodvibes

OP, glad you had a great trip! We are there now and can you believe we are thrilled that the high today is only 90! lol! So much better than 97, 98! The heat has really dictated how we visit the parks. It just takes so much out of you. All 4 of us have made a decision, no more summer trips! Can't wait to hear more about your trip!

LVSWL. I am with you, no more summer trips for us either, We were in the Tree houses for 4 days than 5 day cruise than BCV for 2 days. It was already hot and humid June 7th when we got back from the cruise. We stayed cool by having a pool day at Stromalong Bay which wasn't too crowded yet because allot of schools weren't out yet.We had a great time but stayed cool at the pool and a day at Blizzard Beach.

I am totally with ya about no more summer trips. TO HOT for me, I am a whimp!!! I love late fall, winter and early spring:thumbsup2

We did June last year and said NEVER AGAIN! Too hot and humid!

Checked the Orlando weather today and it said there was a temperature advisory. It was 86 degrees with 98 percent humidity! Said it felt like 97!! And that was around 10 or 11 AM! No thanks!! I'll stick with my fall trips.:thumbsup2

I guess that's another reason that October is so hard to get into after 7 months. So many people that used to go in other times of the year have discovered how much nicer it is in the fall or spring!

After a little sleep I'm thinking a little clearer. One of the outstanding things we did on this trip was the segway tour at epcot. It was really great. It takes about 30 minutes to learn to ride one but once you get it its like second nature. The segway is a amazing piece of technology. The crowds were very light at most the parks we walked on most of the rides at the magic kingdom. A few years ago you had a hard time finding a table at the eletric unbrella. Now there were lots of empty seats. When we arrive at most ADR's they took us early because they were not booked up. I even saw people walking up and getting right in the crystal palace. I love the food there but the noise level was off the charts. It looks like the new construction at the magic Kingdom is really going quick. we could see some of it from the train. Its a big project.
